  • 1g salt
  • 100g room temperature unsalted butter
  • 110g cake flour
  • 2g baking powder
  • 100g sugar powder (for dusting)
  • 22g lemon juice
  • Mint (for garnish)

Instructions:

    • Peel the lemon carefully, avoiding the white pith.
