Ingredients:
- Enoki mushrooms
- Rubber band
- Plastic wrap
- 70g all-purpose flour
- 2g salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 100g water
- Bread crumbs
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mushroom

- Wash the Enoki mushrooms thoroughly.
- Secure the mushrooms by tying them with a rubber band.
- Cut between the mushrooms with a knife.
- Freeze:
- Cover the mushrooms with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours.
- Prepare the Coating:
- In a bowl, mix 70g all-purpose flour, 2g salt, and pepper to taste.

- Prepare bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
- Coat the Mushrooms:
- After 4 hours, remove the elastic band from the mushrooms.
- First, dip the mushrooms in the flour batter.

- Cooking Options:
Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200℃.
- Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Oil Frying:
- Heat cooking oil in a pan.
- Fry the mushrooms until they are golden brown.
- Serving:
- The mushrooms should be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
