Gradually add 125g water and mix well until no dry powder is visible.

Knead the dough by hand for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size, approximately 1 hour.

Shape the Bread:

Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and shape each part into a round ball.

Cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes.

On a floured cutting board, flatten each dough ball into an oval shape.

Cook the Bread:

Preheat a pan over medium-high heat.

Place the flattened dough on the pan and reduce the heat to medium-low.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the dough.
