- 300g dark chocolate
- 120g unsalted butter
- 35g sugar
- 150g heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)

- Loaf pan (21 x 7 x 7 cm)
- Baking paper
- Aluminum foil
- Large baking pan
- Cling wrap
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pan:
- Line the loaf pan with baking paper.
- Cover the bottom with aluminum foil.
- Melt the Chocolate Mixture:
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt 300g dark chocolate, 120g unsalted butter, 35g sugar, and 150g heavy cream.
- Stir continuously until about 80% of the chocolate is melted.
- Turn off the heat and let the residual heat melt the rest of the mixture.
- Add Eggs:
- Beat 4 eggs in a separate bowl.
- Add 2 eggs to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Then, add the remaining 2 eggs and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Bake the Cake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Tap the pan on the counter to flatten the batter.
- Place the loaf pan into a larger baking pan.
- Pour hot water into the larger pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the loaf pan.
- Cover the larger pan with foil.
- Cook:
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
