    • 1 egg yolk
    • Pinch of salt
    • 45g cake flour
    • 40g milk powder
    • 40g powdered sugar

    • 40g powdered sugar
    • 4g matcha powder (green tea powder)
  3. Chocolate Dough:
    • 45g cake flour
    • 35g milk powder
    • 40g powdered sugar
    • 5g cocoa powder

Instructions:
