- 40g powdered sugar
- 4g matcha powder (green tea powder)
- Chocolate Dough:
- 45g cake flour
- 35g milk powder
- 40g powdered sugar
- 5g cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Milk Dough Preparation:

- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with 10g milk, 1 egg yolk, and a pinch of salt.
- Sift together 45g cake flour, 40g milk powder, and 40g powdered sugar.
- Combine the sifted dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
- Mix well using a spatula until it forms a clump. This is your milk-flavored dough.
- Green Tea Dough Preparation:
