The Egyptian Football Association announced on Sunday that a Spanish refereeing team will officiate the Al-Ahly versus Zamalek match scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, in the Premier League for the 2023-2024 season.
In the first leg, Zamalek won 2-1, with Saif El-Din El-Jaziri scoring both goals for his team, while Ahmed Abdel Qader scored Al-Ahly’s only goal.

Alejandro Muñiz Ruiz will lead the Spanish arbitration team, as stated by the Egyptian Football Association on its official Facebook account. The match is set for the twenty-seventh round of the Egyptian Premier League. Assisting Muñiz Ruiz are Diego Sanchez Rojo and Fabian Blanco, with Francisco Jose as the fourth official. Miguel Angel Ortiz Arias has been appointed to oversee the video assistant referee (VAR) technology.
